When will my order ship? 
Please allow 5 business days for your order to ship - if you need it sooner, please contact us via email with your order number attached. 

Sale orders can take up to 10 business days due to high volume and heavy traffic. 

When can I expect my pre-order? 
Pre-orders can take up to 14 weeks from the date of closing to deliver to customers. No cancellations are allowed, unless over the TAT.
